Exploring the world of

generation, preconcentration and atomization of volatile compounds for trace element analysis and speciation analysis based on methods of analytical atomic spectrometry and applications of trace element analysis and speciation analysis mainly in biomedical and environmental fields. Namely we are involved in:

  • development of novel atomizers of volatile compounds
  • speciation analysis of toxicologically important metabolites of arsenic
  • novel  approaches to preconcentrating volatile compounds in AAS and AFS,
  • chemical and photochemical generation of volatile compounds of transition metals
